Chief Executive Officer
Miguel oversees the asset allocation, the investment process within each asset class, and the portfolio monitoring and rebalancing.
He combines over 20 years of investment expertise in developed and developing markets, both in liquid and illiquid investments (Real Estate, Infrastructure, Venture Capital, and Private Equity).

Miguel has a distinguished track record of investments in Oil and Gas, Metals, and Renewable Energy.
Arnaud Verougstraete,
Board Member
Arnaud is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in private equity, financial management, and corporate restructuring.

He has overseen significant investment portfolios and chaired financial committees at leading firms. He also owns a management and real estate company, leveraging his expertise in business strategy and operations.
With a strong background in management consulting and a focus on business intelligence and financial services,
Arnaud is known for his strategic leadership and ability to drive growth across industries in both European and international markets.
Florence Verougstraete,
Board Member
Florence is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance, auditing, and real estate investments.
As a board member and director at a prominent financial holding company, she leads financial operations, internal and external audits, and oversees real estate investment projects.
Florence's background includes management roles in aviation services and auditing with a Big Four firm.
She holds a Master’s in Law from UCL and speaks French, Dutch, and English, bringing a strong legal and financial acumen to our team.
Guerric de Kerckhove,
Non-Executive Board Member
Guerric brings over 20 years of leadership in the services, finance, telecommunications, and technology sectors, driving corporate growth and operational efficiency both in Luxembourg and internationally. He excels in corporate transformation/expansion, post-merger integration, digital transformation, and fundraising while ensuring regulatory compliance.
With a strong track record in board oversight, Guerric consistently delivers impactful results. He holds an MBA from the University of Bournemouth, is a certified Real Estate professional in Luxembourg, a certified DORA Practitioner.
